If you’ve ever felt silenced, broken, or unseen in a relationship, you’re not alone. Healing is possible, and it starts here.
I am a Master Neurolinguistics Practitioner and a survivor of decades-long narcissistic abuse. My work is more than a profession — it is my personal mission.
My expertise is built on both professional training and lived experience. As a certified practitioner, I bring proven tools and techniques to guide transformation. And as a survivor of nearly two decades of abuse, I bring a depth of understanding that speaks directly to the reality of healing. My professional skills are strengthened by years of personal experience, giving me a perspective that is both practical and deeply empathetic. This work is not just what I do — it is who I am, and it is why I am relentless in walking beside every client on their journey to healing.
I am not only a practitioner — I am a survivor. For nearly two decades, I lived inside the prison of a narcissistic relationship marked by mental, emotional, and physical abuse.
Living with a narcissist is not just “difficult” — it is soul-shattering.
It is gaslighting until you no longer trust your own reality.
It is walking on eggshells, never knowing when the next explosion will come.
It is being stripped of your identity, your confidence, your sense of safety, and even your voice. For years, I felt like a ghost in my own life. But I made it out — alive, and stronger than ever.
That survival was no small task, and it is proof of what is possible. Today, I stand as living testimony that freedom, healing, and rebirth are real.
This is why my work is personal. I do not just “coach” survivors — I walk with them through the confusion, pain, and reclaiming of self. And it’s why every step I take as a practitioner is rooted in both compassion and determination.
My mission is to guide survivors of abuse out of the darkness of trauma and into the light of empowerment and wholeness. I am committed to walking with each client, not as a distant practitioner, but as a fellow survivor who knows the path. My vision is a world where survivors are no longer silenced, but celebrated for their courage, resilience, and truth.
This mission is the foundation of everything I do, from one-on-one sessions to community support. It is the reason I show up fully, day and night, to ensure that no survivor ever feels as alone as I once did.
This diverse background allows me to meet each client exactly where they are, offering a personalized and integrative path toward healing.
